    Overview

U-Assist Summary automates the call summary process by accurately capturing the key points of the conversation and actions taken. Agents can now generate a summary of the call, while the call is still active, reducing after-call work and customer call waiting times. You can also define your own templates for the call summaries. U-Assist Summary also captures the actions taken during the call, whether by the agent or automatically by the system, and uploads them directly to the CRM. Uniphore on AWS cloud infrastructure offers better accessibility, usability, and security, and helps you leverage the elastic scalability of the cloud.

    Dimensions summary

This listing has one pricing dimension: U-Assist Aftercall Bolt, billed per named agent. You pay for each specific agent assigned to use the solution, not by concurrent seats or usage volume. Pricing scales directly with the number of named agents you license. Because it is contract-based, you commit to a set quantity of agents for the term. The after-call capability automates tasks like conversation summaries and disposition tagging, reducing manual work after each customer interaction.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

A named agent is a specific person you assign to use the solution, identified individually. You license each named person, not concurrent seats or shared logins. Two people sharing one login still count as two named agents if both are assigned. Usage volume and call count do not change the count.
Cost scales directly with the number of named agents you license. Adding agents raises your total, since each named agent carries the per-agent charge. Because pricing is contract-based, you commit to a set quantity for the term. To adjust the licensed count, contact the vendor.
Each licensed agent gets after-call automation. This captures call details like intent, actions, and outcomes into conversation summaries. It also applies disposition tags for consistency across interactions. These tasks run automatically, reducing manual work after each customer call.

Futuristic Gen AI That Solves Problems and Sparks Great Ideas

    Reviewed on Aug 26, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The next futuristic gen AI adapts the capability of talking, answering correctly, acting as a problem solver, and being a friend who can offer solutions to your problems. It communicates with you while everyone is busy with their lives, writing down a reply for your email suggestions, whatever they may be. It provides the act of government rules, your rights to define yourself. In many ways, AI is a much greater helper than anything else right now, offering you wonderful ideas from all its resources, because in today's world, every solution is available on the internet, and AI compiles this information for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes AI slows down its speed of answering because of the data it gathers from different sources, and the processing time may take too long to display. Additionally, its price is a factor; not every AI is free. Some have limited time or data requests per day, and some have limited features. To upgrade to advanced AI, there is a price to pay for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My email, my day-to-day problems, like a real-time guidance agent making you comfortable, just write down the problem you're facing in real-time and wait for a reply. In many ways, a problem-solving AI agent resolves it by providing many solution options. For developers, they write scripts or programs for your application or project, they can solve your day-to-day problems, they can write a daily routine for you, and they can help you reply to your emails to specific recipients. For me, they helped me write email replies to banks where I was stuck and confused about what to do, replying to banks with proper information and exactly in the email body, too much help from a real-time guidance agent.
