Overview
A structured 8-week engagement designed to discover prioritized AI use cases based on impact and feasibility, select the best technical architecture and AI model, and develop a functional AI prototype using AWS AI/ML tools with a roadmap for full-scale production.
Key Activities:
Phase I: Discovery (1 - 2 weeks)
We will conduct an initial consultation to understand business requirements and define the expected outcomes. We will evaluate available data, assess technical complexity to determine infrastructure, AI model requirements, AWS recommendations, and generate a prioritized use cases list based on business impact and feasibility.

Phase II: Develop (3 - 7 weeks)
