Skillsoft CAISY™ (pronounced K-see) is an AI-powered coach that creates a supportive environment for practicing challenging work-related conversations. This allows your teams to learn from experience without fear of saying the wrong thing. As learners work through the conversation, CAISY responds to their input in real-time and then provides adaptive feedback, highlighting what they did well and areas for improvement.
Your teams will find relevant scenarios for first-time managers, tech leaders, sales, and customer support professionals, among many others.
Interactive Skill Benchmarks provide coding prompts to assess key skills and concepts across programming, data, and AI/ML. The code editor-based assessments immediately check the learner's submitted code and then recommend learning experiences to improve proficiency based on their performance.
Develop and accelerate proficiency of core skills with Interactive Courses, which are housed within our browser-based code editor and do not require a virtual machine to set up. Interactive Courses include step-by-step coding exercises, instructions, feedback loops, and hints. Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This contract includes two pricing dimensions. The base dimension gives you 500 licensed users on the Skillsoft Expert 3.0 offering on the Percipio platform, bundled with a Customer Onboarding & Optimization Professional Services engagement. The Additional Usage dimension lets you add capacity beyond that base as your needs grow. You buy the base package first, then scale up through Additional Usage units rather than switching plans. Both dimensions are billed under a single contract commitment.

Each licensed user is one person granted access to Skillsoft Expert 3.0 on the Percipio platform. The base package covers 500 such users. Users reach content through the web platform or mobile app, including videos, books, audiobooks, hands-on practice labs, and coding sandboxes.
You add capacity through the Additional Usage dimension rather than switching plans. Additional Usage units extend access beyond the 500-user base. Both dimensions bill under the same contract, so growth is handled by adding units to the existing agreement.
The Professional Services engagement is bundled into the Skillsoft Expert 3.0 base dimension, not billed separately. This engagement supports onboarding and implementation. Any expanded consulting or instructional design work beyond that scope is offered as separate fee-based services by the vendor.

What do you dislike about the product?
The account management side of things. Change all the time, no idea who we are supposed to contact or be aware of changes, contract etc. Support team are helpful on technical side of things but we face challenges and have no point of contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to host our own company content that is specific to our ways of operating. Also reducing the time taken on doing compliance training face to face by letting people complete relevant and reliable content online.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Skillsoft Percipio Platform for its benchmarking feature, which helps people understand their current level and recommends the content that suits them best. This aspect allows individuals to see their growth and development progress. I love that it offers certifications within the platform, providing a seamless way to prepare for various certifications. The availability of audiobooks and book summaries makes it stand out from other offerings, allowing for offline access and convenience while traveling. The conversation simulator, or KC, is a really nice coaching device that adds value because it’s not something many other learning partners provide. Furthermore, the AI translation is super helpful for our global business, promoting inclusivity and democratizing learning, especially in regions where English isn't the main language.
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, I find sometimes the reporting there could be more visualizations. So I think the admin panel could probably be a little bit more user-friendly, more intuitive. More visualizations, that would be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Skillsoft Percipio Platform for training our staff, including leadership and personal development. It's great for understanding skill levels, offers valuable benchmarks and certifications, and provides content like audiobooks and book summaries. AI translation helps us be inclusive globally.
