What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides insightful information on the general operation of our environment. The information presented is easy to understand for quickly understanding where some problem areas are. The agent installation is also simple and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform currently lacks additional SSO features such as group mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides us with a diagnostic portal with a simple layout that enables both technical and non-technical teams to understand the state of the operating environment.
