AT&T Connected Spaces Premium support which consists of Web, email, chat/chatbot and phone support. Email support is available during regular business hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 8PM EST with response within 8 business hours. Surcharge and taxes may apply. To cancel your SaaS agreement: Open the AWS Marketplace console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/marketplace . The Manage subscriptions page appears. Open the Delivery method list and choose SaaS. Choose the subscription that you want to cancel. Under Agreement, open the Actions list and choose Cancel subscription. In the Cancel subscription dialog box, enter confirm, then choose Yes, cancel subscription.
