Try this product free for 30 days according to the free trial terms set by the vendor. Usage-based pricing is in effect for usage beyond the free trial terms. Your free trial gets automatically converted to a paid subscription when the trial ends, but may be canceled any time before that.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing bills on one usage dimension: hourly runtime of a t2.xlarge instance. You pay for each hour the software runs on that instance size. There are no separate tiers or add-ons to combine. The 10-user capacity is fixed by this listing, so pricing scales only with how many hours you keep the instance running. Stopping the instance stops the hourly charge. This gives you a self-hosted, on-premise deployment of the analytics platform billed by consumption rather than an upfront commitment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What hardware specification do I get with the t2.xlarge hourly rate?
The t2.xlarge is an AWS EC2 instance size with a fixed compute and memory allocation. You pay for each hour this instance runs. The 10-user capacity of the software is set by this listing and does not change based on the instance size.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or paused?
The hourly software charge applies only while the t2.xlarge instance is running. Stopping the instance stops the hourly charge. Note that stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage fees, but the software licence meters running time only.
What software capabilities does this on-premise deployment include for the 10 users?
This is a self-hosted deployment of the analytics platform. It connects and blends data from many sources, prepares data, and builds reports and dashboards with drag-and-drop visualizations. It includes AI-assisted insights, predictive analysis, and secured sharing with fine-grained access permissions for your team.

Excellent Reporting with Zoho Analytics and Zoho Books Sync
Reviewed on Apr 30, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
EXCELLENT tool for all reporting purposes. We use Zoho Analytics to sync up our data with Zoho Books, and then to create our entire reporting system out of it. It has helped me streamline vendor reporting, MIS reporting, taxation and compliances, management information, budgeting reporting etc.
The Zoho Analytics professional services team is also excellent and do a great job of creating custom reports.
The user interface can be slightly worked upon, and is not the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The user interface is not top-notch. - It uses SQL for coding the backend data. It would be great if it can add AI features though which the user can directly vibe code instead of getting into the technicalities of SQL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho Analytics is solving all my reporting needs at speed and at a minimal cost. My bookkeeping tool (Zoho Books) cannot give me MIS dashboards, vendor summary, GST/TDS compliance reports, etc, which is all getting solved by Zoho Analytics. Excellent tool for any kind of reporting purposes. It also integrates with google sheets/ tally / many other databases.
