EVOTEK Platform Assessment

The goal for the EVOTEK Platform Assessment is to analyze the current capabilities of the client’s AWS Environment and score the current state of the platform to understand where deficiencies exist. The EVOTEK Team will conduct the assessment with direct access to the client’s AWS Accounts in conjunction with several team interviews and working sessions across several client business groups. This engagement is delivered by EVOTEK Services to drive broader Cloud Adoption within your organization.

The Platform Assessment assesses your Cloud Platform against over sixty (60) capabilities to analyze your organization’s Cloud Maturity and provide a prioritized list of prioritizations including risk and complexity. These recommendations will be used to create a Strategic Roadmap towards securely scaling your AWS Environment and drive towards broad Cloud Adoption utilizing the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).

Scope: During this Service, EVOTEK will perform the following tasks in a phased approach: Discover

• Obtain access to relevant cloud architecture and technical documentation around your organization’s AWS Environment
• Obtain read-only access to the organizations AWS Accounts and/or AWS Control Tower
• Identify Stakeholders for each area of the Platform Assessment
• Conduct Discovery sessions with Key Stakeholders

Assess

• Perform Gap Analysis for Cloud Capabilities
• Identify Recommendations and prioritize with risk and complexity
• Collate information for all deliverable documents
• Conduct follow-ups with any stakeholders that are required

Recommend (Deliverables)

• EVOTEK will provide a capabilities maturity scorecard with scoring across over sixty (60) capabilities of your AWS Environment
• EVOTEK will produce a prioritized list of recommended operational improvements to your organization’s AWS Environment
• EVOTEK will provide an Executive presentation & Strategic roadmap which includes the recommendations from the capabilities scorecard
