Price Genius is a solution for fully automated pricing strategy management for Publishers' entire Open Market inventory. It is about managing Unified Pricing Rules on ad unit level and constantly monitoring the resulting revenue uplifts.
The optimal prices are calculated by Price Genius algorithms which were designed by the dedicated data science team using Machine Learning and Big Data analysis. All the calculations are re-done daily to ensure maximum possible results. The performance analysis is based on constant A/B testing - we measure Price Genius' performance vs. the performance of any pricing structure used by the Publisher in a fully transparent manner - all uplift measurement analysis can be easily redone by the Publisher.
The whole process is fully automated with Publisher's involvement limited only to granting access to GAM and one-time pasting short js code to the website head.

This listing uses a single, performance-based pricing dimension. You pay based on uplift revenue, which is the additional revenue generated through the product's automated pricing optimization. The cost is tied to each dollar of extra revenue you earn, so your spend scales directly with the results delivered. There are no fixed tiers or instance sizes to choose from. Pricing rises only when the product produces added revenue for you, linking what you pay to measured performance on your ad inventory.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as 'uplift revenue' that you are billed on?
Uplift revenue is the extra ad revenue the product generates beyond your current pricing approach. The tool splits your traffic, optimizing 90% while leaving 10% untouched as a benchmark. Comparing the two fractions measures the additional revenue. You pay a percentage of that measured uplift.
What happens to my cost if the product generates no additional revenue?
Your cost tracks the additional revenue produced. If no uplift is generated, there is no additional revenue to charge a percentage against. Spend rises only when the product produces measured extra revenue on your ad inventory, so cost follows results.
How is the uplift measured so I can verify what I am charged for?
Traffic is split using key-values into two fractions. The 90% fraction is optimized; the 10% fraction stays untouched as a benchmark. You can track results in a daily dashboard and recalculate the uplift yourself as a double-check. This lets you verify the reported additional revenue.
