    Bloom Credit's Data Access API is a SaaS platform for connecting to US credit bureaus and performing inquiries. The platform supports both soft and hard inquiries as well as account review (score + attribute only) inquiries. Clients can bring their own bureau credentials, or use Bloom Credit as a reseller and get credentialed through Bloom. Data returned through the Bloom APIs is normalized so that API clients don't need to worry about the underlying format of the data returned by the bureau.

    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Bloom has proved to ben an invaluable partner, particularly in navigating the complexities of credit bureau disputes and e-OSCAR. Their expertise has been crucial in our ability to ensure our ability to scale with confidence that we can quickly, and accurately respond to any dispute that has been made through the credit bureaus. Throughout our collaboration, the Bloom team has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of e-OSCAR and end to end how consumer credit bureau reporting should be done. Ultimately this has resulted in our ability to improve accuracy and reliability in our credit reporting.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing at this time, as all disputes have been successfully resolved.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Handling credit bureau reporting, end to end. Ultimiately reducing engineering resources and operational resources to handle disputes.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Quickly scaling a new credit business is difficult, and credit reporting is one of the most important customer-facing aspects of operations. Bloom has made it easy, and they have been great stewards of both our existing process as well as the transformation to get our bureau capabilities to where we want them to be. Their API & Metro2 knowledge is unmatched, and has made a very complicated endeavor into an easy one. Beyond meeting the requirements, they provide our firm with strong guidance and call out opportunities, so we can make the right decisions in regards to our customers, products, and overall strategy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    No complaints, they have been a great partner.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Bloom is the tent pole to our credit bureau reporting and customer dispute processes, and they make it easy.

    Matt has been a valuable resource when working through install and integration. He had all the answers to typical questions. When we had unique requirements he found solutions.

    There is not a complaint to be had. Once we ironed out how best to communicate the work flow went as expected.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Bloom has taken on a big part of our reporting headache and has been key to helping us scale from a few hundred users to tens of thousands. Their API makes the integration easy to set up and the best part is how diligent they are about reporting accuracy and making sure the data we send is properly formated as per Metro2 guidelines. Overall they are great partners, especially for startups looking to focus on serving users vs building furnishing infrastructure from scratch.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    When we first started with them, they had experienced several growing pains which was hard to deal with. I'm glad we stuck with them.

    We use their API to furnish our users' data to all three credit bureaus.
