Seule la visualisation n'aide pas. Les diagrammes doivent être au format accepté par AWS SA. Automatisations DevOps manquantes.

Cloudcraft me fournit un accès programmatique à nos diagrammes d'architecture et plans. Il offre des fonctionnalités entièrement automatisées pour concevoir notre visualisation AWS sous forme d'images prêtes à l'emploi ou de scripts JSON. Nous pouvons créer des instantanés et également effectuer des comparaisons aux étapes pré et post-déploiement dans notre environnement AWS. Nous pouvons facilement effectuer des sauvegardes, importer et exporter des données présentes dans Cloudcraft et sécuriser ses privilèges d'accès en utilisant des activations d'authentification basées sur API.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Le temps nécessaire pour créer l'instantané est basé sur le nombre de ressources que nous avons incorporées dans notre région AWS. Son API attend seulement jusqu'à 120 secondes après quoi la demande n'est pas traitée. Cela entraîne une attente pour la création de l'instantané qui peut retarder vos exigences de conception si vous avez des déploiements immédiats à réaliser.

Nous préparons notre plan pour la conception de l'architecture cloud Avensent à travers un diagramme, un budget et en y attachant des composants. Nous pouvons également utiliser sa fonctionnalité API pour construire, lire, modifier et supprimer les conceptions dans notre plan. Nous pouvons les partager avec les membres de notre équipe, voir les métriques de coût et les configurations de chaque composant et utiliser ses bibliothèques cloud pour avoir une vue d'ensemble de la distribution de nos ressources sur la plateforme AWS.

La capacité d'interroger mon compte et de le rendre visuellement est d'une grande aide. Même si c'est juste pour expliquer aux autres comment les choses fonctionnent, ce type de visualisation automatique fait gagner beaucoup de temps.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Pas tant une "aversion" qu'un désir ardent : la capacité de produire des scripts CloudFormation ainsi que Terraform. Nous n'utilisons pas Terraform, mais nous ferions un usage considérable des scripts CloudFormation.
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Les visualisations ont été excellentes pour examiner les composants que nous avons mis en œuvre, et pour générer des diagrammes de "marketecture" que la direction de notre entreprise peut utiliser pour expliquer nos systèmes.

La fonctionnalité de coût - vous pouvez facilement mettre à jour votre infrastructure et voir quels coûts vous allez engager. Je n'ai pas encore trouvé un autre outil aussi bon. Cela vaut facilement l'argent rien que pour cette fonctionnalité.

Il y a de nombreux produits manquants, comme SageMaker, donc il n'y a pas de bonne façon d'obtenir une estimation de coût entièrement inclusive pour votre pile basée sur cela.

Visualisation de notre infrastructure. Celles-ci sont ajoutées au README pour aider les nouveaux développeurs à comprendre notre pile. Aide également à comprendre les coûts.
