    • Designated Technical Account Manager (TAM). Your single threaded owner who runs regular technical cadence calls, keeps a detailed technical file, and provides ad-hoc consultations. The TAM performs offline investigations, surfaces actionable recommendations, identifies training needs and coordinates working sessions, shares feature updates with product guidance, and helps plan/coordinate updates to keep environments current and stable.
    • Field Engineering Subject Matter Experts. On demand specialists back your TAM: Solution Architects handle installations, upgrades, configuration, load testing, and AWS environment sizing; Solution Consultants advise on data modeling (many-to-many, slowness, dimensional best practices), SQL optimization, and dashboard/widget design and formulas; Software Engineers guide embedded code, API automation, and UI/UX extensions (widget and dashboard scripts).
