This contract covers two separate pricing groups. The first bills by number of practices for Translate, Galileo, and Hosting. It uses banded tiers: 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, and 41-50 practices, with each practice counting as one unit. The second group bills AutoRecruiter Trials in bands: 1-25, 26-50, 51-75, and 75-100 trials, with each trial counting as one unit. You pick the band that matches your practice count or trial volume. Pricing scales as your usage moves into a higher band.

One Trial equals one unit. A Trial is a single clinical study you run patient identification and recruitment against. You count the studies you plan to support, then choose the band matching that number. The platform matches patients to each trial's inclusion and exclusion criteria.
You move into the next band when your count crosses its lower boundary. For example, adding an 11th practice shifts you from the 1-10 band to the 11-20 band. The band pricing applies to your whole count, not just the added units. Bands are separate, so practices and trials are counted independently.
