It supports REST API for integrate with any application. UCM’s UI allows users to search, view, zoom, download, and print. UCM provides capability to author, ingest, store, manage and search content and files of all forms covering document, audio, scans, fax, email, chats etc. The key benefits are:

    o Centralized Management of Artifacts: UCM handles any type of digital document and provides a centralized file store management for an organization.

    o Secure Data Isolation & Encryption: UCM supports multi-tenant by securely isolated data between each tenant. Digital document stored with encryption in private environment. Users are restricted in tenant / document classification levels using roles.

    o Audit & Compliance Reports: Every action of the user is captured and logged. An individual can view his/her audit log in application dashboard. Superuser can get data from audit log for internal audit / compliance report.

    o User Defined Metadata: UCM supports user defined metadata in the form of JSON format, that enables artifacts may have different user defined metadata.

    • Compose, Generate & Deliver: UCM provides WYSIWYG based editor for creating base templates, those are reusable to form various document templates. Supports business logic, table, various fonts, size & formatting, set paper size, margins, etc. UCM provides REST API for any application to interact and generate correspondence. UCM also provides UI for Edit, Freeze, Print document(s) and automatic delivery across Print, Email, and SMS.
    • Store & Manage: UCM enables to store digital document from any source via REST API services. Also have UI for store digital document. Enables to organize, index documents to ensure they support business processes. ECM can be configured to do archive, purge based on retention policy. Maintains version control and supports multi-tenant with data segregation.
    • Search & Retrieve: UCM enables to search artifacts based on metadata by using UI and REST API services. Provides uniform view for HTML / Text / PDF / Image type digital document formats with Zoom, Rotate single/multiple page(s), Download, and Print features; player for Audio / Video type digital documents.
