This listing has one pricing dimension: Product Access (Units), which grants subscribers access to the Zillow properties listing dataset. Access is priced by units rather than by tiers or instance sizes. Pricing scales with the number of records you buy, where one record equals one property listing shown as a single row or JSON object. You can also subscribe to receive periodic refreshes on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, with discounted pricing on recurring updates. Buying only the fields or subset you need can reduce file size without changing the record count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one record in the Zillow properties listing dataset?
One record equals one property listing. It appears as a single row in your file, or a single JSON object. Each record holds all collected fields for that property, such as Zpid, city, state, home status, address, and bedrooms. You can inspect exact fields by viewing a free sample before buying.
Does hiding fields I don't need lower my cost?
Hiding irrelevant columns at checkout reduces file size and integration complexity. It does not change the record count, so it does not lower the per-record charge. Cost scales with the number of records you buy, not the number of fields included per record.
How does the subscription option change my billing versus a one-time purchase?
A one-time purchase delivers the dataset once at the record volume you select. A subscription delivers periodic refreshes on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly schedule. Recurring refreshes carry discounted pricing. You can also choose to receive only new or updated records, so you pay for changes rather than the whole set again.
