Each tier is capped by licensed user count at go-live: up to 25 for Starter, 100 for Growth, and 500 for Enterprise. A user is a named person with system access. You license users based on go-live headcount plus planned growth over the first year.
Adding users is priced per additional user at your current license rate. If growth pushes you past a tier's user cap, you move to the next edition. Larger scope changes, like new modules or extra customizations, are handled as separate change orders with their own pricing.
The annual license is a recurring subscription tied to your edition and user count. The Implementation & Customization Package is a separate one-time charge covering discovery, customization, migration, training, and 90-day go-live support. Vendor refund policy
MaayaERP offers a 30-day full refund for annual subscriptions if requirements aren't met; after that, refunds are pro-rata minus implementation costs. Completed service milestones are non-refundable, while unstarted ones are refundable. Renewals allow a 14-day refund window. Requests via (support@maayasoft.in ) are processed in 10 business days via AWS. Excludes AWS, third-party, and delivered custom work.
