Arato is an enterprise grade AI delivery platform that helps teams reliably build, test, and monitor generative AI applications before and after production. It combines behavioral simulation, prompt and model experimentation, and real time observability into a unified control plane to catch failures early and ship AI with confidence.
Arato is a comprehensive AI delivery platform that empowers teams to confidently build, test, and monitor generative AI applications through every stage of the development lifecycle. With modules for behavioral simulation, experiment-driven prompt and model evaluation, and real time observability, Arato ensures your AI tools work as expected before they hit production and stay reliable once deployed. The platform unified control plane brings together prompt engineering, model comparison, custom evaluation sets, and production monitoring in one place, reducing risk and accelerating delivery across teams.
Arato Simulate™ lets you run thousands of realistic user scenarios against your AI without code changes, uncovering non deterministic behaviors and persona specific bugs early.
Arato Studio™ provides a collaborative notebook environment to run A/B tests, compare prompt and model variations, and version experiments with audit trails,.
Arato Observe™ gives deep insight into user sessions, agent topology, and business impact with session replay and dynamic tracking. The platform supports model agnostic workflows, integrates with existing tech stacks, and helps teams meet compliance and governance requirements.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose between two contract tiers of the Arato platform. Both give you the same monthly capacity: 500 Arato Simulate™ Virtual Sessions plus 100,000 Arato Consumption Units used for Arato Observe™ and Arato Studio™. The tiers differ by scope, not by volume. The Advanced tier covers the base platform. The Enterprise tier adds single sign-on (SSO) and Enterprise Reporting on top of the same session and consumption allotments. Both are billed as a fixed contract in units. Pick Advanced for core capacity, or Enterprise if you need SSO and added reporting.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Arato Simulate™ Virtual Session?
A Virtual Session is one simulated user running against your AI system. Each simulated user opens your app in a real browser and interacts across a multi-turn conversation, like a real customer would. Your plan includes 500 of these sessions each month. No code integration is needed to run them.
What do the 100,000 Arato Consumption Units cover, and which activities draw them down?
These units power Arato Observe™ and Arato Studio™. Observe tracks real-time agent behavior, tool calls, and session replay. Studio runs prompt and model experiments in a notebook environment. Activity across both products draws from the same monthly pool of 100,000 units, separate from your Virtual Session allotment.
How do the Virtual Sessions and Consumption Units combine on my bill?
The two allotments are separate and do not convert into each other. Virtual Sessions meter simulation runs. Consumption Units meter Observe and Studio activity. Both are fixed monthly amounts included in your contract. Neither draws from the other, so heavy simulation use will not reduce your Observe or Studio capacity.
