To get a deeper understanding of the Business and IT landscape we leverage our frameworks across key areas of collaboration, culture & processes, measurement and various areas within cloud, development, delivery, security and QA practices.
This comprehensive review provides clients with the opportunity to understand where their Observability maturity is and practical steps to uplift and align to key business objectives related to Observability which includes four workshops.

Business Alignment Workshop: Engage senior stakeholders to identify IT's role in supporting the business, align goals, address challenges, and define observability success (e.g., resilience, customer experience, tool consolidation).

Technical Workshops (2): Assess the IT landscape, core applications, maturity of systems and processes, user metrics, customer requirements, root cause analysis, system health, and training needs for monitoring and observability tools.

Governance and Business Process Workshop: Review business processes for enhancement through Observability. Focus on governance, IT system visibility, tool effectiveness, security, data quality, accessibility, compliance, risk, and incident management.
Over a 3-4 week timeframe our team will collaborate with designated members and leaders to evaluate the current Observability environment, addressing use cases, monitoring challenges, tool and process effectiveness, and aligning with best practices and standards.
This assessment applies to the following AWS Services: S3, Amazon EC2, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, AWS Fargate, and AWS Lambda.
The review will produce a tailored roadmap of prioritized work packages. Each package will outline estimated service costs, indicative timeframes, and required client effort for execution.

- Participate in a Business Alignment Workshop to discuss how IT supports business objectives, define goals and success criteria for Observability, such as improved resilience or enhanced customer experience and align on priorities and expectations.
