PRODUCT LIMITATIONS
This is a shared infrastructure SaaS product. Dedicated single-tenant infrastructure is not included by default. Custom domain configuration is not included and must be arranged separately. SMTP email configuration for sending invoices to customers must be configured post-setup. Data export and migration tools are available within the InvoiceShelf platform but data migration from other platforms is not included in the support scope. High availability and disaster recovery beyond standard AWS infrastructure are not included by default.
