You buy Linkage Pro through a single subscription dimension. You pay a monthly fee for each block of 5 users. Pricing scales in these 5-user units, so your cost grows as you add user groups. This is a plug-and-play package with standardized, configurable platform features for managing Enterprise and Supplier Development and Preferential Procurement programmes. Customisation, extra training, and change management are quoted separately and are not part of this subscription fee.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each unit covers a block of five user accounts on the platform. You are billed per block, not per individual seat. If your team needs six users, you buy two blocks, covering up to ten users total. Cost rises in whole 5-user increments as you add groups.
The subscription covers standardized, configurable platform features only. Customisation like business process mapping, custom APIs, and subdomain setup is quoted separately on a case-by-case basis. Additional training is quoted per seat, with a recommended minimum of five attendees per module. Change management services are also quoted separately.
Billing scales in whole 5-user blocks. Adding users beyond your current blocks means buying another full block, which covers up to five more accounts. You pay the monthly fee for each block you hold, so the new block adds its full fee regardless of how many of its five seats you use.
