    Vendor refund policy

    Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software has not been deployed to production. Contract-based licenses (Production Line License, Factory Site License) are non-refundable once deployed to production or after 30 days from the contract start date, except as required by law.
