ETOS GateKeeper proves every AI decision was authorised, evidence-bound, and governance-compliant before execution is cleared. Built for enterprise teams governing high-impact decisions.
ETOS GateKeeper is the enterprise AI Decision Assurance platform that proves every AI decision was authorised, evidence-bound, and governance-compliant before execution is cleared. It delivers a governed control layer between AI intent and enterprise action - testing authority, evidence, and policy before a consequential decision is allowed to move.
The Problem GateKeeper Solves
When the decision matters, evidence alone is not enough. Evidence can be present and the decision still be unsupportable - the approval was never established, a dependency is open, or the record does not say what the summary claims. GateKeeper tests whether a decision can actually be supported before the organisation acts on it.
No assumed authority: Mandate is established from the record, never inferred from confidence or seniority of tone.
No invented evidence: Every requirement is met by a cited source, or it is reported unmet.
No silent gaps: Missing evidence and unresolved exceptions are surfaced, not smoothed over.
AI can generate an answer. GateKeeper establishes whether the organisation can act on it.
Natural Language Interface
No query language, no console. The question an executive would ask is the question GateKeeper answers - with the evidence, the requirements, and the gaps attached.
"Can this release go to production?"
"Can this investment move into mobilisation?"
"Has the required approval actually been established?"
"What evidence is missing?"
Six Core Capabilities
Deliberately narrow. Each one answers a question the organisation will be asked when the decision is challenged.
1. Evidence Validation
Sources are checked for existence, relevance, and currency before they can support a claim.
2. Governance Assessment
The applicable policy and control requirements are tested against the decision in hand.
3. Authority Verification
Whether the required approval has actually been established, by whom, and on what basis.
4. Dependency and Exception Control
Open dependencies, waivers, and exceptions are held in view rather than treated as noise.
5. Human Assurance
GateKeeper identifies when human judgement is required and can generate an appropriate interactive review document. The human remains responsible for the consequential decision.
6. Decision Traceability
The route to the decision is recorded so it can be re-examined long after the fact.
How It Works
GateKeeper follows a structured decision assurance flow:
Input - The decision question is submitted in plain language.
Evidence - Relevant source materials are gathered and validated.
Requirements - Applicable governance and policy requirements are identified.
Assessment - Evidence is tested against each requirement.
Authority - Approval and mandate are verified from the record.
Decision State - A clear, traceable outcome is delivered showing whether the decision can proceed, what gaps remain, and where human judgement is needed.
Who GateKeeper Is For
ETOS GateKeeper is built for enterprises making high-impact decisions where being wrong is expensive and being unable to explain the decision is worse. It governs the route to the decision without taking the decision away from the people authorised to make it.
Bring the evidence. Bring the policy. Bring the difficult question. GateKeeper will tell you whether the organisation can act.
Highlights
Governed Decision Control Layer: ETOS GateKeeper sits between AI intent and enterprise action, testing authority, evidence, and policy before any consequential decision is allowed to proceed. Mandate is established from the record, never inferred from confidence or seniority of tone. Every requirement is met by a cited source or reported as unmet. Missing evidence and unresolved exceptions are surfaced, not smoothed over.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
This listing has one pricing dimension: Free (default), billed by units at no cost. You get access to the governed decision assurance service without a charge on AWS Marketplace. The product works on assurance credits, where one credit equals one completed governed assurance output returned to an authorised user or agent. Failed or blocked executions do not consume a credit. There are no tiers, instance sizes, or paid add-ons in this listing. Since the only dimension is free, there is no usage-based scaling or commitment to compare here.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What exactly counts as one assurance credit under this product's metering?
One credit equals one completed governed assurance output returned to an authorised user or agent. That output is a decision state such as GO, CONDITIONAL GO, INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE, ESCALATE, or NO-GO. Failed, rejected, or blocked calls return no billable output and do not draw a credit.
What happens when my monthly allowance is fully consumed?
At 100% usage, requests return CREDIT_EXHAUSTED with no execution, no charge, and no downstream processing. Assurance simply stops. You get an informational warning at 75% and a low-capacity warning at 90%. There is no automatic overage billing — added capacity always needs explicit action from you.
How is the service delivered, and how do agents share credits across an organisation?
It is delivered as a governed SaaS service. Your organisation is verified and approved before access. People use the web portal; software agents register in the portal and call the assurance API under their own credentials. All agents in one organisation draw on a single shared credit pool.
