AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this email security service per seat under a contract. Pricing scales through nine cumulative seat bands. You start with Base for 1-10 seats and move up through Micro, Small, Medium, and Large as seat counts grow. Four Enterprise bands cover larger deployments, from 1,000 seats up to 25,001 and above. Each band applies to your cumulative seat total, so per-seat pricing shifts as you add more seats. A separate Business Essentials Plus option is also available. This lets you match your commitment to your subscriber base.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one seat for billing purposes?
A seat maps to one protected user or subscriber receiving email security. Each end user you provision counts toward your cumulative total. This service targets service providers, so each subscriber you onboard adds to the seat count that determines your pricing band.
When my seat count crosses into a higher band, are all seats repriced or only the added ones?
The bands apply to your cumulative seat total. When your total moves into a new range, the per-seat rate for that band governs your seats. The transition follows your cumulative count, so growing your subscriber base shifts which band applies to your deployment.
What protection does each seat include?
Each seat covers cloud-delivered email filtering. This blocks malware, ransomware, phishing, and impersonation attacks before they reach the inbox. It includes real-time URL scanning and attachment sandboxing, backed by threat intelligence that processes billions of security events daily.
