The customer support and technical team is efficient, and I didn't face any challenges when requesting our requirements, except for cases involving software or rule limitations.
Modern and user friendly interface
Another limitation is the lack of integration between Submittal & Transmittal module and Digital Forms creation module. It' be great if information can flow between both and not requiring manual re-input.
With Revit being a popular BIM software currently, being able to view Revit models straight on the BIM viewer without the need to convert them into IFC would save a lot of time and make the design process more convenient.
