Client Responsibilities • Contact support via an approved method • If the customer uses email, use the company email address to verify access to this service • Provide customer support ticket number if available • Provide troubleshooting support if the issue may be related to a Customer integration
Terms and Conditions • NYX reserves the right to limit support to authorized contacts in the escalation matrix provided by the customer and terms of the support contract
