Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing option: the Enterprise Plan, sold as a contract. You pay for a single package that includes 10 editor seats plus unlimited viewers. Editors can create and run notebooks, while viewers can access shared work at no added seat cost. Pricing scales with editor capacity, not viewer count. The plan adds organization-level controls such as role-based access, single sign-on, directory sync, audit logs, and tailored deployment options. You get a custom contract and a dedicated success manager. There are no separate tiers or usage add-ons in this listing.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as an editor versus a viewer for billing?
An editor is a seat that can create, write, and run notebooks. The plan includes 10 editor seats. A viewer can access and view shared work but cannot edit. Viewers are unlimited and add no seat cost. Only editor seats count toward the 10-seat capacity.
What happens if my team needs more than 10 editors?
The plan covers 10 editor seats. It does not automatically add more when you exceed that count. Adding editor capacity beyond 10 requires arranging it with the vendor under your contract. Viewers remain unlimited and are unaffected by the editor limit.
Does the plan include compute machines, or are those billed separately?
The listing prices the plan by editor seats and unlimited viewers. Every project runs on a cloud machine, with options ranging from basic to high-memory and GPU machines. Compute for those machines is not part of this seat-based dimension. Contact the vendor for machine and volume discount details.

Deepnote Makes Team Data Work Seamless with Real-Time Collaboration
Reviewed on Jul 17, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deepnote is its real-time collaboration and cloud-based notebook experience. It combines the flexibility of Jupyter notebooks with features designed for teams, making it easy to analyze data, write code, and share insights without worrying about local environment setup. Real-time collaboration, similar to working in a shared document. Cloud-hosted notebooks with no complex local configuration. Support for Python, SQL, and popular data science libraries. Easy integration with databases, cloud storage, and version control systems. Clean, intuitive interface that simplifies data exploration and visualization. For me, the most valuable feature is the collaborative editing. Multiple team members can work on the same notebook simultaneously, making it much easier to review analyses, troubleshoot code, and share findings in one place. The biggest benefit is improved productivity. Deepnote streamlines the entire data analysis workflow by reducing setup time, simplifying collaboration, and making notebooks easily accessible from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is the resource limitations for compute-heavy workloads. While it's great for most analytics tasks, large-scale data processing or complex machine learning experiments may require more powerful infrastructure or higher-tier plans. Performance can slow down when working with very large datasets or resource-intensive notebooks. Some advanced customization and environment configuration options are more limited than in a locally managed Jupyter setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepnote solves the challenge of collaborative data analysis by providing a cloud-based environment where teams can write code, analyze data, and share results without dealing with local setup or version conflicts. It brings notebooks, data connections, and collaboration into a single workspace. Eliminates the hassle of configuring local development environments. Enables real-time collaboration on notebooks, reducing back-and-forth communication. Simplifies access to databases, cloud storage, and external data sources. Makes it easy to document analyses alongside code and visualizations. Keeps projects centralized, making them easier to share, review, and reproduce. In my workflow, Deepnote helps accelerate exploratory data analysis, SQL queries, reporting, and prototype development. Instead of exchanging notebook files or resolving environment issues, team members can collaborate in the same workspace and see updates instantly. The biggest benefit is greater productivity and collaboration. Deepnote reduces setup time, improves reproducibility, and allows teams to move from raw data to actionable insights much more efficiently.

Real-Time Collaboration That Makes Lab Work Easy
Reviewed on Jul 13, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to work in real time with my physics lab partners as a university student. Outside of labs this mean it is also easier to make changes and not have to send my updated code to my lab partners, for this reason I use Deepnote. Allowing for the software to be free is also great for university students. AI can be handy at times although I don't personally use it too much. Performance is solid, little bit slow but I understand why that is case too given we use the free plan
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing shared files in the UI is hard, I don't think anyone in my lab has figured it out. We regularly have to open our emails to access shared files, as it does not seem to show up on the UI? I feel this is a bit unconventional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepnote is solving the ability for files that otherwise could not be worked on collaboratively, to be worked on collaboratively. Prior to Deepnote it was hard to share python files, all software I'm aware of doesn't share files
