Overview
SMB AI Workspace is a productized Amazon Quick onboarding engagement for business teams of roughly 20-60 people that want a ChatGPT-style experience on their own identity, their own data residency, and a real audit trail - the governed replacement for shadow AI and a cross-suite alternative to Microsoft Copilot.
Connect. Your identity provider (AWS IAM Identity Center, or federation from Google Workspace / Microsoft Entra ID) and 2-3 data sources from Quick's 40+ native connectors (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, SAP, Amazon S3 and more), with the EU inference region pinned and audit logging on.
Configure. 1-2 shared spaces as the team's source of truth, 1-2 specialised chat agents with scoped data access, button-style mini apps where a guided form works better than a chat prompt, 2-3 starter automations tailored from our library (weekly reports, inbound-email triage, scheduled digests to Slack/Teams), and the governance baseline - EU data residency, CloudTrail audit of admin actions, role-based access, admin guardrails - set to your policy.
Enable. A half-day recorded team training, an admin runbook (PDF), documented governance/security/residency configuration, and a growth roadmap. 30-day check-in included.
How it works. Fixed scope, fixed price, 3-5 business days - no time-and-materials billing. The engagement can start on Amazon Quick's 30-day free trial, so there is nothing to buy before value is shown. For teams new to AWS we guide the account setup as part of the engagement. Eligible customers may offset costs via AWS partner funding programs, subject to AWS approval.
Out of scope (available as extensions): more than three connectors, custom MCP servers, paid QuickSight dashboard tiers, ongoing managed operation, custom production AI agents on Amazon Bedrock, and data cleanup/migration on source systems.
