The Tech Value Program is a unified platform for running IT Asset Management, FinOps and AI Governance as one program, not three separate tools. Classify, assure, prove from one system of record. ITAM covers software and hardware together, so SAM and HAM sit in one estate. Built for ITAM managers, FinOps practitioners, procurement and the product teams they work with, it replaces spreadsheet license positions, ad hoc cloud cost reviews and manual AI inventories with one operating model, one audit trail and one set of numbers everyone agrees on.
The Tech Value Program brings IT Asset Management, FinOps and AI Governance into a single operating model. ITAM here means the whole estate: software asset management and hardware asset management under one discipline, not two tools bolted together. Most organisations run these programs separately, with separate data and separate reporting lines, which is why license positions, cloud spend and AI inventories rarely reconcile. The Program treats them as one discipline, against a shared estate, a shared control framework and a shared audit trail, so the answer to "what do we own, what does it cost, and can we prove it is governed" comes from one place.
The AI Governance pillar follows a classify, assure, prove journey. You classify AI systems and their risk profile, assure the controls that apply to each one, and produce the evidence that demonstrates it, continuously rather than at audit time. It is a program operating model, not a certification product, so it fits the governance structures you already have instead of asking you to adopt someone else's.
The Program is built around the roles that actually do the work. Practitioner seats are for the people running ITAM, FinOps and AI Governance day to day. Read and Report seats give procurement, finance, legal and product teams the numbers without the licensing overhead of full seats. Advisor seats let external partners work alongside your team. Every plan includes the AI Governance Assessment and AI Create and Write capabilities, with SSO through Okta or Entra ID, API integrations and dedicated support available at Enterprise.
Highlights
One operating model for three programs. Run IT Asset Management, FinOps and AI Governance against a shared estate, a shared control framework and a shared audit trail, so license positions, cloud spend and AI inventories finally reconcile.
Classify, assure, prove. Classify AI systems and their risk profile, assure the controls that apply, and generate the evidence continuously, so governance is a standing capability rather than an audit-time scramble.
Seats that match how teams actually work. Practitioner seats for the people running the programs, Read and Report seats for procurement, finance and product, and Advisor seats for external partners, so you licence the work rather than the headcount.

Enterprise plan
Everything in the Team plan with custom seat counts, SSO (Okta or Entra ID), API integrations and dedicated support.
You choose from three seat-based plans that scale by team size. The Practitioner plan includes 1 Practitioner seat, 5 Read and Report seats, and 1 free Advisor seat. The Team plan expands this to 5 Practitioner seats, 25 Read and Report seats, and 1 free Advisor seat. The Enterprise plan builds on the Team plan with custom seat counts and adds single sign-on, API integrations, and dedicated support. All plans are billed under a contract. Pricing scales as your seat counts and support needs grow across the three tiers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between a Practitioner seat and a Read and Report seat?
A Practitioner seat is a working user who runs the program and manages assets, spend, and governance. A Read and Report seat gives view and reporting access without editing rights. Each plan bundles a set number of both, so you assign seats by role.
Can we move up a plan later as our team grows?
Yes. You can move from the Practitioner plan to the Team plan, and then to the Enterprise plan. The Team plan raises Practitioner and Read and Report seat counts. The Enterprise plan sets custom seat counts to match your organization's size.
What does the Enterprise plan add beyond seat counts that the other plans do not include?
The Enterprise plan adds single sign-on through common identity providers, API integrations to connect external systems, and dedicated support. The Practitioner and Team plans include personal support only. Enterprise seat counts are custom rather than fixed.
