Vendor refund policy
All sales are considered final. Due to the nature of the data service, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees once a billing period has commenced. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of a significant service outage or a direct billing error. To request a refund evaluation, please contact our support team with your AWS Account ID and a detailed description of the issue at support@thedatadevelopers.com .
