Vendor refund policy
If a customer is not satisfied with our solution, they may request a refund within 15 days of their initial purchase via the support email and provide their account details and a reason for the refund request. If the refund request is approved, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any taxes and fees. Commugen reserves the right to refuse a refund request e.g. when the customer has violated the terms of service or acceptable use policy.

You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
1.Once the instance complete launching, RDP into the instance, Open Chrome and browse https://commugenEnt3Â , ignore certificate warning.---
2.Enter following credentials on login screen:
- user: commugen
- pwd: Ye9Ri#9LEpWb!Z Important: this is a default password. please change it in this link: "https://commugenent3/scripts/manage/userprofilemanage.aspx?view=Password " . If you get in browser the error message "Cannot init site for this address" you should restart SQL Server service MSSQLSERVER
- you can do this by running the command "Restart-Service -name MSSQLSERVER" in Powershell with elevated permissions. ---
3.To configure browsing from external browsers: - Set up DNS record, with subdomain "commugenEnt3" and point it to this server (i.e. "commugenEnt3.yourcompany.com").
- Change Bindings settings in IIS to new URL.
- Issue and replace the SSL certificate with the valid one for your new DNS.
