- Identify the use case for AI application (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, Amazon Lex) aligned with the business objective
- Imagine the future process with AI application
- Conduct Experimentation (Proof of Concept) to demonstrate delivery of incremental value and incorporate lessons learned
- Implement the use case at enterprise scale
