One Engagement, Start to Finish
TransformX360 is Axcess.io's end-to-end cloud transformation service: assessment, architecture, migration, application modernization, and validation delivered as a single continuous engagement rather than separate statements of work split across phases or vendors. It is powered internally by TransformX, our native transformation platform, which carries the same engagement context from the first assessment through execution - so nothing gets re-scoped, re-documented, or handed off partway through.
What the Engagement Covers
Phase 1: Assessment (Weeks 1-3) A structured, validated inventory of your existing environment - including VMware and other on-prem workloads - reviewed by our consultants before any planning is finalized.

Phase 2: Target-State Architecture (Weeks 3-5) Grounded in the AWS Well-Architected Framework's six pillars, delivered as both a technical diagram and a plain-language version for business stakeholders.
- Deliverable: Architecture Decision Record and Target-State Diagram Package
Phase 3: Migration Execution (Weeks 5-12) Agentic workflows built on the AWS Strands Agents SDK automate migration steps under our consultants' direct supervision.
- Deliverable: Migrated workloads with execution runbook
Phase 4: Application Modernization (Weeks 8-14) Legacy applications (including .NET workloads) are rebuilt using modern, cloud-native patterns - microservices architecture, API generation, and domain identification - where a lift-and-shift is not enough.
- Deliverable: Modernized application codebase with architecture documentation
Phase 5: DevOps, Testing and Validation (Weeks 12-16) Deployment and validation are automated and verified before handover, so you receive a tested environment, not just a migrated one.

Scope and Prerequisites
Supported source platforms: VMware, physical on-premises servers, other hypervisors Workload types: Windows/.NET, Linux, containerized applications Customer prerequisites:
- Active AWS account with appropriate permissions
- Designated technical lead available for weekly syncs
- Network connectivity between source environment and AWS (Direct Connect or VPN)
- Stakeholder availability for architecture review sessions
Out of scope: Ongoing managed services post-handover, third-party license procurement, and application development for net-new features not related to modernization.
