AWS Well-Architected Framework Review and Remediation

SHINRAI Technologies’ AWS Well-Architected Review and Remediation service is a business-focused professional engagement that helps enterprises reduce architectural risk, control AWS cloud costs, and align workload design with business and regulatory objectives. As an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner and an accredited AWS Well-Architected Partner, SHINRAI delivers structured workload assessments using the AWS Well-Architected Framework and the AWS Well-Architected Tool, covering all six pillars: Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization, and Sustainability. The service applies to workloads running on core AWS services including Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon VPC, AWS IAM, AWS Lambda, Amazon EKS, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS Config, among others. The engagement is delivered in two phases. Phase 1 (Review) produces a workload assessment, a risk-scored findings register, and a prioritized remediation roadmap weighted by business risk, engineering effort, and cost impact. Phase 2 (Remediation) is executed by SHINRAI’s certified engineers and typically covers IAM hardening, multi-AZ resilience, cost optimization, observability uplift, backup and disaster-recovery configuration, encryption enforcement, and architectural refactoring. Deliverables include the WAFR report, the remediation plan, executed infrastructure changes, updated architecture documentation, and a closure report suitable for board, audit, and regulator review. Customers engage SHINRAI to improve security posture and compliance readiness, increase workload resilience and uptime, reduce AWS spend through targeted cost optimization, and establish a defensible cloud governance baseline. As an AWS Well-Architected Partner, SHINRAI is recognized by AWS for the technical capability and delivery rigor required to conduct Well-Architected Reviews and may help eligible customers qualify for AWS funding tied to remediation activity.
