    Biometric document authentication. ePassports and Biometric Resident Permits hold eChips that contain key biometric data on the IDs valid holder and present the most robust authentication of both document and holder when the appropriate security protocols are applied. NFC capabilities, that are standard fare on most mobile phones, is activated and applied in the 'unlocking' of the eChips and the extraction of the data they hold.

    Digital exception handling. Maintaining a positive digital experience when the employee has made a mistake in their submitted documentation is enabled through business logic and automating the business process of communications.
