ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise Edition comprises powerful online editors for text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms and PDFs, highly compatible with Microsoft Office file formats. ONLYOFFICE provides users with multiple editing tools and advanced collaborative features such as two co-editing modes, commenting, built-in chat, change tracking, thus ensuring greater team workflow and seamless work with complex formatting and objects. Ready-to-use integration apps allow smoothly connecting ONLYOFFICE editors and the most popular services providing a range of settings to configure the combined solution instance. This version of ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise Edition is intended for the 64-bit ARM architecture and comprises up to 50 simultaneous connections - the number of browser tabs with documents that can be opened for editing at the same time. Note that one document opened by two users means two simultaneous connections as it is opened in two tabs. When you reach the limit, each next document opens in read-only mode.

Each represents a different ARM instance size, so you pick the one that fits your workload and pay only for the hours it runs. This edition supports up to 50 simultaneous connections. There are no upfront commitments; billing accrues with usage. Your total cost depends on which instance you select and how long it stays running.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You pay for each hour the ARM instance runs the document editing software. The 50-connection limit means up to 50 users can edit documents at the same time. Connections are simultaneous editing sessions, not total registered users, so occasional viewers do not all count against the cap at once.
Both are ARM-based instance types, and each carries its own hourly rate. The a1.medium and t4g.small differ in compute size, so your rate follows the instance you launch. You run only one instance type at a time, so a single hourly charge applies rather than a combined bill.
Software charges accrue only while your ARM instance runs. When you stop or power off the instance, the hourly software charge stops. Underlying AWS storage or other resources tied to a stopped instance may still bill separately, but the software meter counts running hours only.
