Overview
Penetration Testing (Pentesting) is a security approach to test your security controls and identify weaknesses in your cloud and network. Our experienced security team applies the same tools and techniques used by hackers, by launching pre-authorized, controlled, and coordinated assessments for various AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
These tools and techniques are designed to gain access to sensitive information, simulate what a real-world attack would target, and demonstrate the efficiency of security controls against potential attacks and data breaches.
In addition to the general penetration testing technical resources, PurpleBox has a team of AWS engineers to participate in testing the AWS security controls. Our team has successfully completed numerous AWS security projects, including securing large-scale cloud migrations, and implementing multi-account security architectures.
Highlights
- Identify exposure to external attacks: Test the strength of your security defense and your organization's ability to successfully detect, respond to, and put a stop to an attack. Protect your organization from external attacks and data breaches before they happen.
- Comply with regulations and standards: Meet compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as ISO2700, PCI- DSS, FISMA, NIST, HIPA, etc. These regulations and standards require system owners to conduct regular security reviews and penetration tests by qualified testers.
- Secure your cloud to prevent financial losses: We work on AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudTrail, Elastic Load Balancers, and EKS to ensure that your cloud works securely and continuously so your business can continue running.
