Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one contract option: MXDR - Passive. You buy it in units, where each unit covers up to 100 endpoints and up to 1,000,000 cloud events per day. To scale coverage for more endpoints or higher event volume, you add more units. The "Passive" designation refers to the response style, meaning threats are handled with analyst guidance rather than automated action. Pricing is set by contract, so your cost depends on the number of units you commit to for your environment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one endpoint and one cloud event for billing?
An endpoint is any monitored device, such as a server, laptop, or workstation. A cloud event is a single telemetry record collected from your cloud, network, SaaS, or application sources. Each unit covers up to 100 endpoints and up to 1,000,000 cloud events per day.
What happens if I exceed 100 endpoints or 1,000,000 cloud events per day?
Each unit caps at 100 endpoints and 1,000,000 cloud events per day. To cover more devices or higher event volume, you add units. Since coverage limits are set per unit, your committed unit count must match the size and activity of your environment.
What does the "Passive" response style include compared with active response?
With passive response, analysts monitor and correlate telemetry, then deliver Situation Reports with prioritized recommended actions your team carries out. Active response instead performs actions like endpoint quarantine, firewall rules, or account lockout automatically. This listing covers the passive style, so response is analyst-guided rather than automated.
