HYMDL-SMB covers workloads in a single-account setup. HYMDL-Enterprise covers the same 100 workloads across multiple cloud providers and multiple accounts. Choose Enterprise if your resources span several accounts or cloud platforms. Choose SMB for a simpler, single-account footprint. The workload ceiling stays the same for both.
