CloudInteract’s Amazon Connect QuickStart is a fast, reliable, and cost-effective way to deploy Amazon Connect into production—ready for your agents in as little as three weeks.
Designed for contact centers with up to 50 agents or as a proof of concept for up to 50 agents - our QuickStart gives you the essentials you need to get going, with the flexibility to scale. We combine technical expertise, proven accelerators, and a focus on customer experience to ensure every deployment delivers value—fast.

CloudInteract’s Amazon Connect QuickStart is delivered via a Project Manager and an Amazon Connect Engineer, with access to Trainers and Software Developers.
Approach
CloudInteract will initiate QuickStart with a Best Practice Workshop, facilitated by an Amazon Connect Architect. The workshop will cover:
- Call Flows and Queues
- Carrier and Telephony planning
- Users and Access Management
- Deployment and Go-Live Approach
CloudInteract will then deploy your contact center with Infrastructure-as-Code, providing the benefits of:
- Contact center up and running in days, not weeks, with consistent pre-tested configuration
- Easy to replicate and scale to another region, business unit or environment
- Re-deploy with zero disruption
- Rollbacks and updates are tracked and versioned
After go-live, CloudInteract will enable Contact Lens through an AWS-provided free trial to deliver our Apollo Insights Dashboard which provides:
