     Info

    Dimensions summary

This listing prices by named user license. Every person who uses the software needs their own named SaaS license. Two dimensions set how you buy those licenses. The first covers your initial group of up to 5 users. The second lets you add more named users beyond that starting group, charged per additional user. Pricing scales as you add people, so you start with the users you need and expand over time. Both dimensions bill under a contract commitment.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

A named user is one specific person assigned their own SaaS license. Each individual who uses the software needs a license tied to them. You cannot share a single named license across multiple people. Every user is counted by name, not by concurrent logins.
No. Your first group of up to 5 users is priced under one dimension. Each person you add beyond that group is charged separately under the Additional User dimension. Adding users does not change the price of your initial 5. You pay per additional named user.
Both dimensions bill together under one contract. Your starting group of up to 5 users is charged under the first dimension. Each named user beyond that adds a per-user charge under the second. The additional-user count usually drives most of the cost as your team grows.

Flexible, Intuitive ERP with Easy Automations and Integrations

    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We operate across a highly diverse range of industries and activities, including franchising, entrepreneurship, construction, infrastructure, mechanical and electrical systems installations, maintenance, transportation, and more — both locally and internationally.
Priority ERP provides the flexibility we need to tailor the system perfectly to each business activity while still maintaining shared modules that enable cross-organizational analysis, monitoring, and control.

In addition, we are able to create automations and integrations relatively easily, allowing us to respond quickly to a very large number of business requirements. This significantly improves efficiency and enhances the daily experience of end users.

From a user experience perspective, Priority ERP is highly intuitive and visually user-friendly, making it easy to locate functions and processes even when users are not fully familiar with them.

Another major advantage is that the system almost completely eliminates the need for external software development, as nearly any automation, workflow, or report can be developed directly within the platform itself. When integration with external systems is required, the process is straightforward thanks to the simple and effective API tools the system provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product support should be more efficient and better aligned, especially when working with international partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Priority ERP helps solve key business challenges by preventing budget overruns, enabling smart and optimized procurement processes, and reducing repetitive manual work through automation. In addition, the system helps minimize errors by implementing unique validations, controls, and approval restrictions.
