Deloitte has built a set of 4 AI agents as a part of its Customer Insights Agent Suite. These form a part of Agent Fleet - a fleet of agents built by Deloitte. The Customer Insights Agent Suite is designed to address specific needs within consumer survey analysis, support ticket and feedback analysis, online review engagement, and knowledge base article creation. These agents leverage advanced AI technologies to generate insights, analyze feedback, draft responses, and create FAQs, helping ensure a more efficient and effective customer service experience. This can lead to improved customer satisfaction, reduced response times, and increased operational efficiency. This agent(s) will be deployed and configured using AWS Generative AI services by Deloitte.
