You buy this software by user license under a contract, choosing among three role-based subscriptions. Each dimension is priced per user, so your total cost scales with how many people you assign to each role. The Subscription Manager license covers planning and oversight across the company. The Subscription Employee license fits people who plan their own project work. The Subscription Viewer license gives read-only access for people who only need to view plans and dashboards. You mix and match these roles to match your team's needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How many licenses of each role must I buy to run the software?
You need at least one Subscription Manager license per installation. You also need one Subscription Employee license for each person whose resources you manage directly or indirectly through the system. Subscription Viewer licenses are optional and added only for people who need read-only access.
What functions distinguish the Manager, Employee, and Viewer roles for billing?
The Subscription Manager license opens all planning and oversight functions except the separate BI module. The Subscription Employee license covers personal workload planning and time tracking, including the mobile app. The Subscription Viewer license only allows viewing plans and dashboards, useful for external people like clients.
When I add more people, which license drives the added cost?
Each role is billed per user, so cost rises with the number of people you assign to each license type. Adding planners and oversight staff increases Manager charges. Adding staff who plan their own work increases Employee charges. Adding read-only viewers increases Viewer charges. All three bill together.
