    The AWS Well-Architected Review is a service offered by AWS Certified Partner Vezzora to allow customers to have their cloud architecture reviewed and improved. This cost-neutral review evaluates the workloads according to AWS's best practices for security, performance, reliability, and cost optimization, requiring only two to five hours of the customer's time. Our successful customer engagements proved that AWS Well-Architected review identified areas to improve workloads' security posture, optimize AWS resources to enhance workloads efficiency, and achieve cost optimization target.

    AWS's Well-Architected Framework review with Vezzora is a cost-neutral investment to enhance security, reduce costs and improve scalability. Vezzora conducts the AWS Well-Architected Framework Review to ensure that your applications and systems are designed and operated in a way that meets your business needs and objectives and takes advantage of the full capabilities of the cloud.

    What is the timeline and activities behind?

    1. Interview: Vezzora's AWS Certified Professional Solution Architect gathers information from a customer's workload subject matter expert about the customer’s workload, such as the architecture, dependencies, and security controls. The interview takes two to three hours of the customer's time to answer 20 questions.

    2. Implementation proposal: Based on the conducted interview in the discovery phase, Vezzora's AWS Certified Professional Solution Architect uses the AWS Well-Architected Tool to assess the customer's workload against the six pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework. This activity takes one day. Vezzora's AWS Certified Professional Solution Architect reviews the output of the Well-Architected Tool and identifies areas where workload improvement is needed. This activity takes two days, and the outcome is presented to the customer.

    3. Plan implementation: After receiving customer approval, Vezzora's AWS Certified Professional Solution Architect implements the recommendations from the review and tests to ensure they have been implemented correctly.

    4. Receive AWS Credits: AWS Well-Architected Review engagement with Vezzora is a paid service. It costs 5000$ at the moment of the start of the engagement. After the engagement is completed, AWS rewards the customer with 5000$ in AWS credits. Vezzora requests this reward on behalf of the customer, making this engagement cost-neutral for the customer.
