The AWS Architect on Demand is a managed services support package for customers who have existing AWS workloads. Customers subscribe to a prescribed amount of hours per month and it is billed monthly, quarterly or yearly using the AWS marketplace.

Our AWS Architect and DevOps Professional Support Plan provides businesses with flexible, on-demand access to highly skilled cloud architects. This service provides the below benfits:
- Customer Control: Customers indicate how they use their monthly hourly allocations.
- Governance & Compliance Oversight: Regular reviews of IAM hierarchies, VPC configurations, security groups, etc to ensure compliance with global data standards.
- Operational Diagnosis: Expert guidance on complex connectivity, latency, or performance bottlenecks. Your architect provides the diagnosis and a roadmap for resolution.
- Cost Optimization Strategy: High-level reviews of AWS spend with specific recommendations on rightsizing and modernization. Customers can use some of their hourly allocations towards the review. Results implementation may be billed separately as a Project Service if the level of work needed puts it into the category of a project implementation.
- Architecture Roadmapping: Strategic advice on integrating new AWS services (Containers, Serverless, etc) into your existing production and staging environments. Included Guidance: During diagnostics sessions, customer is guided on the resolution steps.
