Cody Solutions (Cody Ukraine LLC) designs and implements retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) AI assistants that answer questions over your organisation's own documents and data. The assistant is deployed inside your AWS account, ensuring that sensitive data never leaves your environment.
Scope of the Service
Discovery: We begin with a structured discovery phase to identify use cases, document sources, access rules, language requirements and success criteria tailored to your organisation.
Architecture on AWS: We design and build the full solution stack--document ingestion and indexing, retrieval layer, LLM integration, API and user interface--using AWS serverless and managed services including Amazon Cognito, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Amazon SQS and Amazon S3.
Controlled Data Access: The assistant connects to your data through read-only connectors with role-based access control. Every answer is grounded in retrieved sources and includes references, so users see only the content they are entitled to.
Security and Responsible AI: The solution includes encryption at rest and in transit, audit logging of every interaction, output controls and human-in-the-loop review where required. Delivery is carried out under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certified management systems.
Testing, Handover and Support: We conduct quality evaluation of answers, user acceptance testing, full documentation, knowledge transfer and post-launch support to ensure your team can operate the solution independently.
Proven Delivery Experience
Cody has delivered an LLM-based AI assistant with read-only controlled data access and grounding for Arab Bank (Switzerland), a data platform with ML workloads on AWS, and an environmental information management platform on AWS for UNDP Guyana. Since 2023 the company has completed nine contracts for government bodies and international organisations, including UNDP, UNESCO and Government of Ukraine.
