No. Client-side installation, edge, and backend API integrations all draw from the same yearly request allowance you purchase. Requests across websites, mobile apps, and APIs count toward one shared 20,000,000-request capacity, regardless of which integration method handles them.

What do you like best about the product?
They have an incredible product that just works. Simple to implement from the customer point of view and extremely effective in stopping the bad bots. My team doesn't have to spend much time on this as Kasada is pretty much handling it all.
We have been using it for years to protect a lot of eCommerce websites and the experience is a seamless one for our shoppers as they don't even know its there. We then get the benefit of a very clean feed of shoppers so our various performance metrics such as conversion etc are not tainted by lots of bad traffic.
The traditional concern around whether we are scaled up enough to deal with ad-hoc attacks and threats is gone also, as Kasada is filtering it all upfront.

Nothing. They are always willing to hear customer requirements and are continually improving their product. There isn't anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to stop all the bad traffic from hitting our numerous eCommerce sites as well as have a way of only allowing certain good bots to scrape them (google etc).
Kasada provides that layer of protection. This means we are pretty much only having legitimate traffic reaching our sites now. This in turn gives us confidence all of our eComm metrics are accurate and clean. Things such as visitor numbers, conversion percentages etc.
This also free's up our support team to not have to worry about the ongoing cat and mouse game of website security and staying ahead of the attackers. Kasada is doing the vast majority of that for us by default.
Kasada provides that layer of protection. This means we are pretty much only having legitimate traffic reaching our sites now. This in turn gives us confidence all of our eComm metrics are accurate and clean. Things such as visitor numbers, conversion percentages etc.

Nothing I dislike about the product. You just need to test correctly before implamenting live due to the nature of the product.

We run some of the most recognised retail brands in the world. Because of this we are popular target. The Kasada product has stopped all that bad traffic. We don't even think about it anymore which is a great outcome.

What do you like best about the product?
Kasada has been great for all through out this year, especially during the holiday season. We usually see a spike in malicious actors and activities during this time but Kasada has helped to mitigate that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now Kasada has been doing a tremendous job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall threat protection for our website, we ran into a bit of a hick at the beginning of 2022, decided it was time to invest in something that could help protect our web assests in a holistic manner.
