Dimensions summary
You install this software at no charge. Every dimension is priced per hour of use, and each maps to a specific AWS EC2 instance type. The list covers general purpose, compute, memory, storage, and accelerated computing families across many sizes, from small to bare metal. Pricing does not tier up in cost; instead, you pick the dimension that matches the instance where you run the agent. Since the software itself is free, hourly charges reflect the instance you select. You scale by choosing larger instances or adding more instances, each billed at its own hourly rate.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each dimension maps to a single AWS EC2 instance type where you run the agent. You are billed per hour that instance runs. The instance size and family you pick set the dimension, not any per-device or per-user count. Larger instances carry their own hourly rate.
The software itself installs at no charge, so there is no software fee to accrue. Hourly charges track running instance time on the matching dimension. A stopped instance stops that hourly meter, though underlying AWS storage or other resources may still bill separately through AWS.
Each running instance bills at its own dimension's hourly rate. Adding instances adds each one's hourly charge to your bill. Moving to a larger instance switches you to that dimension's rate. Costs add up per instance rather than stepping through fixed pricing tiers.
