Palo Alto Networks Operational Support Services

Set Solutions will provide a Senior Security Consultant for up to ten (10) business days in support of this engagement. Below are the high-level activities to be performed over the course of the Services that include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Review currently deployed firewall infrastructure in AWS to assess capabilities and identify gaps in architectural design(s), firewall management, configuration, logging and alerting, and implementation of best practices;
• Provide recommendations based on discovery activities to improve architectural design(s), firewall management capabilities, configuration, logging and alerting, and overall security posture;
• Work with operational teams to implement accepted recommendations and document any changes to the firewall infrastructure environment(s);
• Perform administrative and operational support activities at the discretion of client personnel for both the firewall infrastructure and hosting environment(s) in AWS; and
• Produce any requested documentation and provide additional recommendations for building further integration, automation, and/or orchestration of security technologies from an operations perspective.
