What counts as one active endpoint for billing?
An active endpoint is any device or server running the security agent. This includes laptops, servers, and workloads where the agent is installed. Each machine running the agent counts as one endpoint. Your charge tracks the number of endpoints actively running the agent during the billing period.
Am I charged for endpoints running in Monitor Mode instead of Block Mode?
Billing tracks active endpoints, not the mode they run in. Monitor Mode logs unauthorized programs without blocking them. Block Mode enforces the deny policy. Both modes require the agent to be active, so each running endpoint counts toward your billing regardless of mode.
Does my cost change if I add or remove protected devices during the period?
Yes. Because billing measures active endpoints, adding devices raises your count and removing them lowers it. Your charge adjusts to match the number of endpoints running the agent. There are no fixed device slots or tiers to purchase in advance.
