White Cloud Security EPP Trust Lockdown is a fully self-managed Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) SaaS designed to deliver best of breed ZERO-DAY malware prevention and zero-trust enforcement for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Enterprises, and Government organizations. Unlike traditional application whitelisting solutions, Trust Lockdown empowers users to proactively secure endpoints by allowing only authorized applications to execute, leveraging a fully scalable and automated architecture tailored to modern security needs.
This unique U.S. Patent No. 9,589,130 approach addresses the limitations of traditional solutions, such as high administrative overhead, poor scalability, and susceptibility to sophisticated threats. By incorporating six distinct security metrics, Trust Lockdown creates a dynamic and adaptive security model, offering unmatched precision and resilience.
The Trust Lockdown product granular EPP management interface features an OpenMetrics API that seamlessly integrates with Prometheus and turn-key Grafana dashboard, enabling advanced NSOC monitoring and visualization capabilities. This API exposes detailed metrics, such as blocked applications, monitor mode exceptions, and live endpoint statuses, allowing Prometheus to scrape data efficiently and Grafana to render dynamic, real-time dashboards. With this integration, security teams can track security events, identify trends, and respond to incidents with precision. The OpenMetrics API ensures compatibility with modern monitoring stacks, empowering organizations to leverage Trust Lockdown zero-trust architecture while maintaining comprehensive observability across their networks.
Highlights
Zero-Trust Default-Deny Execution Control Zero-Day and Polymorphic Malware Prevention: Trust Lockdown effectively blocks not only todays threats but also tomorrows zero-day malware and AI-generated polymorphic malware, which continuously alters its code or appearance to evade traditional detection methods.
Spoof-Proof File Identification Technology: Protects against all forms of file identity spoofing (hash collision attacks) conducted by well funded threat actors leveraging scaled GPU and Quantum computing e.g. http://shattered.io with our patented 6-Factor File Identification, validating all files by their digital handprints.
Immediate Policy Enforcement: Instantly enforces security policies even in multi-admin case scenarios with our "Snowden" button, also known as Lonewolf policy enforcement, for swift, one-click lockouts.

This listing uses a single usage-based pricing dimension. You pay based on the total number of active endpoints you protect. An endpoint is any device or server running the endpoint security agent. Pricing scales directly with how many endpoints you enroll. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or add-on options to choose from. As you add or remove endpoints, your usage adjusts accordingly. This structure lets you match your cost to the size of your protected environment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one active endpoint for billing?
An active endpoint is any device or server running the Trust Lockdown security agent. This includes laptops, workstations, and servers. Each machine running the agent counts as one endpoint. Virtual machines are counted individually even when they share a physical host.
How does my cost change as I add or remove protected endpoints?
Your cost tracks the number of active endpoints. Adding an agent to a new device raises your usage count. Removing an agent lowers it. Charges follow your active endpoint count, so your bill matches the size of your protected environment at any time.
Are endpoints in monitor mode billed the same as those in block mode?
Billing counts active endpoints running the agent, regardless of operating mode. Monitor mode logs unauthorized programs without blocking them. Block mode enforces the deny policy. Both modes require the agent, so an endpoint in either mode counts as one active endpoint.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
