Enterprise & Solution Architecture Current State Assessment

Phase 1:

Identitfy key stakeholders across the business and conduct interviews. Conduct workshops with relevant teams to clarify current state and challanges Deployed End-2-End assessment tooling where appropriate Document business and technical challenges/goals

**Phase 2: **

Detailed review of customer documentation & relevant environment/s Detailed review of any assessment data collected In depth assessment of critical components with key subject matter experts (SMEs) Workshops with any relevant 3rd party suppliers/providers

Phase 3:

Review and collation of all relevant findings into draft current state assessment along with draft recommendations Internal peer review with a second Principal Architect to confirm finings and recommendations. Revisit any areas of Phase 1 & 2 where any potential gaps have been discovered. Finalise reports of Current state Assessment along with Recommendations

Phase 4:

Conduct additional workshops with the relevant teams to present findings and discuss recommendations and potential solution/s. Revise recommendations and finalise reports. Conduct executive level breifings to present executive summary and strategic gudiance.
