Overview
DingoDocs is a purpose-built workspace for security assessment teams. Run assessments from one place and keep scope, evidence, findings, reports, and remediation inside a single customer-controlled, auditable environment instead of splitting work across documents, tickets, storage drives, and client email. DingoDocs follows the assessment lifecycle end to end: approve targets, rules, dates, and responsibilities; capture notes, scanner output, files, and evidence; review findings through explicit authoring and publication states; issue controlled white-label reports with immutable version history; and track remediation through evidence-backed retests. Every important state is explicit: who can act, what clients can see, what changed, and which report version was approved. Evidence retains classification, checksums, retention, legal holds, annotations, and links to findings. Named client contacts receive engagement-specific access to approved findings, reports, evidence, remediation, and retests. Operate DingoDocs inside your AWS security boundary and control identity, storage, access, backups, retention, integrations, and recovery.
Highlights
- One connected record from scope to retest. Scope, assets, notes, evidence, findings, tasks, time, QA, and reports remain attached to the engagement that produced them.
- Built for defensible, auditable delivery. Evidence retains classification, checksums, retention, legal holds, annotations, and links to findings; publishing is a deliberate state change.
- Customer-controlled deployment inside your AWS security boundary. Control identity, storage, access, backups, retention, integrations, and recovery.

DingoDocs Container Image
- Amazon ECS
- Amazon EKS
Container image
Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
